We hope you love your purchase from AsWithin Tee. If something doesn’t feel right when your order arrives, reach out - we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item moves into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Change of Mind
Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind after the 12-hour cancellation window.
If a return is approved in special circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly for larger orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery at support@aswithintee.com. Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll make it right - whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
